Shipping limits
All orders are dispatched via Registered Australia Post. “Insurance” is an optional extra at $1.25 per $100 or part thereof, excluding the first $100 which is included.

455gm - 2.8kg	$16.00
2.85kg - 18kg	$16.00 + $1.65 per kg or part thereof
Over 18kg	becomes another parcel - charged separately

Customer guarantee
In the event of an item being faulty, we will happily refund your money in full (excluding postage) or arrange an exchange.
The faulty item must be returned to Life Enhancement Technologies (postage prepaid) prior to a replacement or exchange being effected.

Return policy
ANY CLAIMS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER.
