Recipes

Recipe for Green Drink
½ stick celery
1 small fresh carrot including tops
2 nasturtium leaves
4 dandelion leaves
1 broccoli floret
1 bok choy leaf
1 silver beet (or spinach) leaf with stalk removed
6 sprigs parsley
6 fresh mint leaves
3 leaves beetroot tops
½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
500 mL distilled water (purified at least)
Blend all ingredients until thoroughly chopped and mixed.
Strain through kitchen sieve.
Drink the juice, chilled if desired.
